The transport sector is constantly growing and is driven by a demand for solutions that are increasingly complex and unique. This growth presents significant societal challenges, i.e. the implementation of transport systems that are efficient, safe and environmentally friendly. The resulting increase in energy demand, climate change and traffic growth, air and noise pollution have a negative impact on local and global ecosystems. Therefore, to achieve the required long-term sustainability, more efficient public and private transport solutions are needed. The societal challenges we face can only be addressed through the development of innovative, technological and efficient solutions that minimise any negative impacts on the environment and thus on all of us individually.
Camozzi carried out its own in-house C-Transport,division , in which technicians and Development Managers work in collaboration with the customer to study applications and working conditions often associated with environments characterised by extreme pressures or temperatures, in which external pressure can affect the performance of materials.
Camozzi offers strong, reliable and efficient solutions that are suitable for operation in a wide range of environmental conditions. Our experience and expertise allow us to develop solutions tailored to each customer’s specifications. These customized solutions include the modification of standard components, the assembly of compact frames or the development of completely new components or mechatronic systems.

Motion with continuous control of the performance and accuracy of the entire system. This is the goal Camozzi pursues, proposing complete systems in which the mechatronic integration of components also includes sensors and diagnostics. The development of the main communication protocols, remote control combined with the most advanced pneumatic technologies allow maximum performance from each working unit or system. The optimization of the solution actually starts with the research of a compact design with reduced dimensions and weight and especially with the most practical details of operation, control and monitoring of system conditions in order to reduce maintenance.

The safety guarantee of the installed pneumatic equipment and operation according to “Total Quality Management” also means that it can show its commitment thanks to the International certifications it has achieved. Each equipment is designed and produced according to the basic parameters of the International Regulations that protect the system and the user himself. CAMOZZI’s laboratories are equipped to carry out specialised tests in specific applications according to customer requirements and in compliance with the basic standards (for example EN 60068-2-1, EN 600682-2, EN 60068-2-30, EN 61373), which carry out strength, temperature, impact and vibration tests.
