Quality Policy

The quality policy of TECHNOMATIC Group is expressed by the establishment of necessary specifications in the supply of products and services to the customer, which are: Quality – Service – Price. These specifications define the main axes of the company’s activities. Aiming to achieve the optimal combination, the company ensures to offer the highest level of service to all it’s interested members.

The company implements the management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard with scope:

• Study and trade of Compressed Air Machinery, High Pressure Oil Machinery, Vacuum Machinery and Air Compressors for industrial & medical use.

The company’s policy is based on the full implementation of the procedures and processes of the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the way they interact in all the company’s activities, developing sufficient confidence that the product and service will satisfy given safety-legislative and quality requirements.

The Administration is committed to complying with the requirements of the above standard and faithfully observing the relevant legislation. It is also committed to complying with all legislative requirements, maintaining the efficiency of the systems, drawing up strategies, establishing quality policies and objectives, both for the satisfaction of the interested parties and for the continuous improvement and strengthening of the organization itself, such as internal organization, improvement of productivity, reduction of costs, upgrading of executives, continuous training and development of know-how.

Quality objectives and the requirements for their implementation are adapted to the philosophy, purpose, systems, tactics, products, services and special characteristics of the company and the industry. The review and correction of the objectives and the quality policy, in the context of dealing with possible threats and the exploitation of new and existing opportunities, is done by the management at regular intervals as part of the review to confirm their objectivity and suitability.

The quality policy is communicated and posted appropriately, while the Management is committed to its continuous review in terms of its suitability for the company.
