OMFB was founded in 1950 in Brescia by the Bianchi brothers, initially as a light mechanical industry business. Through the years, OMFB came to achieve a strong worldwide trademark in the industrial and mobile hydraulics sector by producing and exporting all over the world a big range of products like PTOs (Power Take-Off), hand pumps, mini power packs, piston pumps, bent-axis pumps, vehicle control kits and many more power transmission components!
POWER TAKE-OFFs : mechanical devices that are connected to the gear systems of industrial vehicles. They pick up the driving power and make it available to other mechanical devices, e.g. hydraulic gear pumps or piston pumps. ΟΜFB has a wide range of PTOs with different coupling systems, suitable for most existing vehicles: mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum-controlled and clutch coupling.
Available for all major brands such as ALLISON, CLARK, DAIHATSU, EATON, FORD, FULLER, ISUZU, IVECO, KAMAZ, MAZDA, MERCEDES MITSUBISHI, NISSAN , RENAULT, SCANIA , TOYOTA, ZF, VOLKSWAGEN and many more!
PTO TRANSMISSION ADAPTERS : accessories required for mounting our PTOs on various gear models of European or Asian production.
AUXILIARY SHAFTS: auxiliary coupling devices that pick up the driving force from the PTOs and the gears on which the PTOs are mounted.
GEAR PUMPS: OMFB created gear pumps to include versions for medium, high and very high pressure (up to 320 bar), in various configurations (DIN,UNI, ISO, SAE) and displacement sizes (from 6 to 150 cc). Tandem installations are also possible. Basic range includes series KIPP, NPLA, NPLU, NPLH, NPK, NPH, NPGH.
CONSTANT DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMPS: Fixed-displacement axial piston pumps, load sensing pumps and bent axis pumps, in various configurations (UNI, ISO, SAE), for displacement sizes from 21 to 130 cc and pressures up to 400 bars. Basic range includes series DARK, 2PAK, HDS, HDT, MDS.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMPS, including series PPV (new) and VDPP.
HAND PUMPS: Double acting hand pumps 12-25-45 cc, with or without tank, to operate single acting cylinders. Available with relief valve and spring return.
DC/AC POWER UNITS: Mini power packs. OMFB supplies a complete range of hydraulics components, from electrohydraulic power units to hand pumps piston type, to truck PTO pumps and spare parts to hydraulic gear pumps.
MECHANIC AND PNEUMATIC CONTROLS: Manual (line series), pneumatic (N-Gage – N-Force – Kip Air series), electropneumatic (air-pack) and electronic (kiptronic) PTO controls and tipping valves.
TIPPING VALVES: OMFB tip truck valves are available with mechanic, pneumatic or electric controls, suitable for applications from 3.500 kg vans to quarry trucks and semi-trailers.
TANKS: A complete range of oil tanks that can be installed on the side, behind the cab or internally on the subframe. Available in various materials and finishes, with capacities from 10 to 200 liters.
