The miniaturization of parts for handling and vacuuming is becoming increasingly important, especially in some areas where a very small footprint is required, such as in the collection and placement of small objects.

In the video below you can see in practice some of Vuototecnica’s components in the collection of glass vials for the pharmaceutical industry: vacuum generator PVP05, mini suction cup holders, mini digital vacuum stands (120510) and harmonic suction cups with a contact diameter of only 4mm (also available with a standard suction cup).

The PVP05 vacuum generator operates using the Venturi principle and is particularly suitable to control vacuum suction cups, for collecting and handling non-porous objects and equipment where the flow demand is limited.

The mini suction cup holders are available in different versions, with or without rack and are made of quality materials: the shafts and springs are made of stainless steel, for added strength.

Mini vacuum gauges, excellent for safety reasons, for starting a cycle or for the operator to check the vacuum cups, provide an accurate indication when a certain degree of vacuum is reached. They are small and particularly suitable for installation in close proximity to the suction cups or where vacuum distribution is required in very small spaces.

In combined action, Vuototecnica’s products are ideal for this application in the pharmaceutical world, but also in other cases where there is a need to reduce space without sacrificing performance and grip stability, such as in the extraction of small pieces of plastic with vacuum suction cups from the injection molding process.
