The mechanical tipper body lock is a clamp for tipper bodies recommended to prevent rattling of the body and unwanted damage to the tipper body caused by potholes and surface irregularities or from off-road use of the tipper body.
A locking pin, positioned either under the tipper body or on the subframe of the tipper body, engages with the hook above the center of the lock.
The compression load of the power block clamps the tipper body and prevents rattling.
