The RTC Tool Changer series from the Italian company Camozzi is the ideal solution for robotic applications that require an efficient device for quick and safe tool/gripper change.

It is available in three sizes for loads of 5, 20 and 50 kg with 4, 8 and 10 compressed air connections respectively and offers excellent performance in the most demanding conditions. Thanks to its compact design, it can be very easily adapted to industrial robots and cobots, increasing functionality in production lines and facilitating the user.

Using a special pneumatic device as an optional extra, the Tool Changer automates the opening and closing of the locking system, reducing the need for manual operation by the operator. This increases the speed and accuracy of the tool changing process, as it reduces human errors to a minimum and guarantees a safer and more reliable system.

Additionally, apart from the pneumatic connections, there is the option of an electrical connection kit with a 16-pin spring (I/O connection).
