The water-cooled 4-stage high-pressure compressors of the Series 5000 are known for their reliability and extremely low noise emissions and vibrations. The compact vertical crankshaft design makes the compressors easy to maintain and allows perfect balance of inertial forces.
Main features:
- Vertical design – complete compensation of free inertial forces, resulting in minimal vibration
- Replaceable cooler within the configuration
- Very low piston speed for reduced vibration and noise
- Dry lines – no seals between oil, water, and air areas
- Heavy-duty connection with rigid flange between the motor and the compressor
Each compressor is delivered with:
- General compressor testing at final pressure, including inspection certificate 3.1
- Long service life with guaranteed spare parts availability (at least 25 years) from stock
