The Haug Mercure series is used for gas recovery and booster compression of gases such as helium, SF6, oxygen, nitrogen, and natural gas, as well as for booster compression of air.
- Reciprocating compressors, completely oil-free and dry-running
- Gas-tight design with integrated motor
- Environmentally friendly, as they are oil-free, gas-tight, and highly efficient
- Compressor leakage rate < 0.0001 mbar l/s
- Rotational speed range from 970 to 1430 rpm
- Modular cylinder design with cylinder diameter up to 100 mm
- Version with 2 cylinders for 1- or 2-stage operation
- Available “bare-shaft” version, with integrated cooler mounted above the electric motor and minimal piping and instrumentation, for integration into the OEM system
- Very robust and long-lasting construction
- Compact installation without base frame
- Low-noise operation, therefore suitable for installation in working environments
