VACUUM GENERATORS

 

Vacuum generators operation is based on the Venturi principle. Supplying the generator with compressed air in the inlet P, vacuum will be generated at the port U, while both the supply and the sucked air will be released through exit R (see photo).

Their advantages are their very reduced size and weight, minimum maintenance cost, as well as the ability of continuous use, since they contain no moving parts and thus they don’t develop any heat.

According to the application, they are divided in single or multi-stage, multi-function (with solenoid valves and switches), modular (independent vacuum units) and conveyors (with adjustable transfer of several products).

Suction capacity:  3m³/hr  –  700m³/hr
